Kenya upstaged Ireland by seven wickets in their World Cricket League Championship ODI clash in Mombasa.

The tourists' decision to bat first amounted to 200 all out in 47.3 overs. Paul Stirling's innings of 46 at the top of the knock was as good as it got for the Irish, while Kevin O'Brien weighed in with 39 through the middle order.

Collins Obuya proved the pick of Kenya's seven bowlers, finishing with figures of three for 24.

The home side's reply was built on the back of Tanmay Mishra's 70 not out. Rakep Patel weighed in with a complementary 42 not out.

Ireland called on as many as eight bowlers. John Mooney and George Dockrell cherished a consolation scalp each as Kenyan victory arrived with 44 deliveries to spare.
